The Data Analytics on Agri-chains, a study under the IMPACT Project of TTBDO, aims to provide software that processes and analyzes data that will guide program implementors, farmers, buyers, and other users of coffee in decision-making. To promote technology development, industry partnership, and commercialization, TTBDO has helped with the facilitation and funding of this project including the workshop on the supply chain of coffee. Ms. Carol Balgos, a researcher who previously studied the matter, was tapped to lead an orientation on the coffee supply chain to share information with the proponents of the data analytics study, Prof. Larry N. Digal, Prof. Valdimer B. Kobayashi, Prof. May Anne E. Mata, Prof. Miguel S. Guillermo, Prof. Jon Henly O. Santillan. The research assistant of the said study, Mr. Tyron Ralph M. Arocha, as well as the TTBDO in charge, Ms. Lynda Buenaobra, and TTBDO staff, Ms. Dyle Legaspi, were also present in the workshop.
