Last 31 March 2022, Caraga State University had a benchmarking activity at the University of the Philippines Mindanao and the Technology Transfer and Business Development Office. With the support of Administrative Officer Lynda Buenaobra and Chief Science Research Specialist Melvin Pasaporte, they were able to visit the Sago Biotechnology Laboratory and the Sago Food Pilot Plant. With both universities having relative research, this will be engaged in a possible future collaboration
